We are looking for an adventurous Product Manager (with a focus on real estate, crypto and fintech) :
- Develop a vision and set the strategic direction of the product which aligns with customer needs, business growth.
- Own and drive the whole product lifecycle from design, launch and developing cross functional partnerships.
- Define product requirements and roadmaps including things as feasibility, time, cost, and impact.
- Maintain multiple roadmaps in-line with company vision & strategy.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Marketing teams.
- Pursue a deep understanding of user and customer needs through research and data analysis.
- Build, mentor and manage a product team including developers and UX designers, and nurture a customer-driven product culture.
- Drive scalable processes and innovation around the product development cycle.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success products and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate across teams to communicate product strategies with internal stakeholders and adjust priorities according to feedback.

This project requires:
- 3+ years of experience in the financial services or real estate industry
– in business development, partnerships, or a sales role
- Demonstrable experience in building high ROI partnerships in B2C markets
- High proficiency in prospecting high value partners, crafting win-win deals, and nurturing partner relationshipsStrong level understanding of data, analytics, metrics and KPIs of Fintech business
Excellent presentation skills
- the ability to craft and present a concise pitch from scratch for unique partnership opportunities is essentialBasic knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts, real estate, and decentralized finance
- Confidence to actively challenge, contribute and participate in company strategy and direction
- Experience and existing network within personal finance, real estate investment, and alternative investment platforms is a strong plus

Profile sought:
- You have at least 1 year of successful experience in a real estate, web3 or fintech position.
- track record of successful launches
